This is 100% pure spray dried butter, you can reconstitute it as and when you need it or use in recipes according to the recipe. 

Please not that due to the nature of this product it may not melt in a pan for frying like normal butter would one reconstituted but it is great for all other uses like spreading as butter, flavouring, adding fat and creaminess etc.
