The PL to Sony FZ-Mount Adapter with Hirose 12-Pin Connector from Sony enables the use PL-Mount lenses on cameras with a Sony FZ-mount. The adapter features electronic contacts for both Cooke /i and ARRI Lens Data System (LDS) interfaces for passing lens metadata to compatible cameras. It has a Hirose 12-pin connector to support bidirectional communications with analog and digital lenses equipped with a Hirose 12-pin cable, such as 2/3-inch lenses when used with an optional optical adapter, such as Sony's B4S16PL B4 to PL-Mount Super 16mm Adapter for PMW-F5 / F55.
