The way the strips of jute are woven, gives as a result a simple flat weave rug around a centimetre in thickness. This makes them ideal for placement under furniture as well as in an open room.
The finished piece is reversible meaning that it can be rolled up when not in use. It can be shaken, or spot cleaned if necessary. If placing on a hard floor with heavy footfall, then you may wish to use rug mesh or similar to hold the rug in place.
Since jute is a natural crop, the colour of your rug may have natural variations and therefore slightly vary from the photographs shown.
