This is an amazing keepsake almost 100 years old but it is very fragile. The cover seems as if made out of ivory. Binding is coming apart and there are many ripped pages as well as yellowing. See pics for better description. I really don’t even know how to price it so I decided to do an auction and just hope it goes to a good home.
