Center marked portion of the screen flickers , check video /images.

Only inbuilt thunderbolt Cable is bit damaged(power cable is good) , replacing the cable or using external Apple Thunderbolt 2 Cable which connects back of monitor to mac  might fix the flickering issue, not tested and not guaranteed.
