This is a StataMix 3/4" ID bell mixer with 23 elements measuring 17.25." long with 1/2" MPT tip. Poly acetal element nylon housing. The geometry of this mixer consists of a series of left and right hand helicals. The elements effectively convert the tube into a maze or labyrinth. When fluids are pumped through the mixer, they are progressively divided and recombined the result is efficient inline mixing. This mixer works well with high viscosity materials, paste and adhesives. But will work well with any liquids.

This mixer is used with meter mix equipment. Typically road and bridge construction and expansion joints. Other industrial applications requiring mixing of high viscosity materials in a meter mix application.
