PLEASE REMEMBER: We only sell to raise funds to help horses in need. We try to ship right away (same day or next) but sometimes it might take longer for your items to arrive. We work with different suppliers and are not always able to assure timely shipping. And of course, the horses are priority. However, if your item does not arrive within a couple of weeks, please contact us. Thank you for understanding! Please be kind and pay within 48 hours. Items not paid for within 3 days, will be relisted or sold by different means.

We combine shipping and you usually only pay shipping for one item unless there are freight charges. Our items are shipped through varies suppliers. Items are usually shipped UPS or USPS. Our listings show that items USUALLY ship within 3 business days, but again, we try to ship quicker. 

We apologize for not being able to offer free shipping. 100% of our proceeds are donated directly to help animals in need. We simply cannot afford to pay for shipping out of our own pockets. Thank you for understanding!

Our suppliers inventories change quickly and without notice. If an item is not available, you will receive a refund of your payment. We apologize in advance. This does NOT happen often.

International shipping, as well as to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico is provided by eBay's Global Shipping Program. I am sorry, but we can not combine shipping fees outside of the US.

Once you place an order with us, we ship your item to eBay's Global Shipping Center located within the U.S. From there it ships to the address you provided. When making a purchase all costs beyond our item price and our small shipping fee is determined and collected by eBay for custom's duties, taxes, etc. We have no control over what eBay charges to ship to you. All additional fees associated with the Global Shipping Program are the buyer's responsibility. Any questions, please contact eBay directly.

PLEASE DO NOT RETURN ITEMS TO THE RESCUE OR MY PERSONAL ADDRESS. You will not receive a refund if you do. Please use eBay's return process to return items. Please do not use the return address provided by eBay. We will contact you with the correct return address. Please leave us a note to let us know why you are returning the item(s).
