2,4851 pipe is produced from a nickel chrome iron alloy. This is well resistant to corrosion and tension crack corrosion. The pipe has excellent resistance to oxidation up to approx. 1150 ° C. In a glowing state, it can be welded well with Allen common procedures. The material is easy to solder and rod as well as very good ductility.
Inconel® 601 pipe has very good mechanical properties for low, space and elevated temperatures. The alloy is insensitive to dry chlorine and hydrogen chlorine as well as against carbon and stimulation.
