I has a clamp down lid, which tightens into place when the lid handle is twisted.
It comes complete with it's internal removable basket.
I believe this pan retails new for approximately £150.
It has a broken handle on one side. If the broken handle was replaced, it would measure approximately 38.5cm wide from the handle to handle.
It measures approximately 26. 5cm in diameter.
It measures approximately 17.5cm tall without lid, and approximately 30cm tall with lid.
It has an 8 Litre capacity.
