In 2025, PSA made their grading guidelines more strict. It is harder to get PSA 10s especially for vintage pokemon cards. A lot of PSA 9s from 2025 probably would've gotten a PSA 10 just the previous year. Therefore high 2025 cert grades are more valuable than certifications from before. Make sure you take this into account when shopping. 2025 certs = more value in the same grade than older certs.
