Here we have a Sigma VT5 Super Tele Converter Lens in very good condition. Complete with hard case, front and rear caps and a Hoya 55-52mm screw thread adapter. This has a 52mm screw thread mount.

Bodywork and cosmetic appearance: In very good condition with no significant marks.
Mechanical functions: Smooth and effective.
Marks or scratches on glass: None.
Fogging or coating issues: Clean and clear. It is very hard to see, but in strong light there is some spotting on an inside element. I would not expect this to have any effect, but my full refund policy always applies, if you find otherwise.
Fungus: None.
