This is a rare Chinese Qing Dynasty Embroidered Ground Silk Gauze Summer Dragon Robe(Jifu). woven with colored and gold wrapped threads to form 9 Dragons in Clouds with Cranes and Auspicious Objects over Rocks, Waves and Deep Water Lines, with 5 gilt bronze round buttons.

Size: Height 50 1/2 inches (128 cm.) and width across shoulders 80 inches (203 cm.).

Condition : Antique textile condition – shows age-related wear, staining, and a few loose threads, the collar border stitching slightly detached.
