DESCRIPTION

Original round Chinese bronze hand mirror.  Probably Han Dynasty (206 BC - 220 AD).  Raised embossed relief floral and foliate designs. Raised rim.  Central loop holder. 

CONDITION

Overall very good.  Well oxidized surface with rich, dark bronze patina. One small 1/2" section missing from the rim.  Beautiful bronze verdigris color (all visible in the images).  A FINE AND VERY EARLY CHINESE BRONZE HAND MIRROR.
