Up for consideration is a vintage Woofy Wagger Toy made by Fisher Price in 1947.  It is as found from a local estate sale.  It has wear to the decoupage graphics, is missing a u pin which holds the rear wheel in place, and is missing the metal piece which creates noise and makes the tail wag.  He is great as a shelf display.  Please see photos for more information on condition.
