Very limited edition and beautifully presented soft cover coffee table book to accompany the YSL exhibition at the Bowes Museum in 2015 entitled “YVES SAINT LAURENT: INSPIRED BY ART”.
The exhibition was the UK’s first Yves Saint Laurent retrospective and opened in collaboration with Fondation Pierre Bergé-Yves Saint Laurent. The exhibition emphasised the defining moments in Yves Saint Laurent’s career as a fashion designer and featured some of his most iconic pieces, including the tuxedo and the Mondrian dress of 1966.
