SHIPPING SCHEDULE

We make every attempt to ship your item out quickly.  Our standard shipping schedule is Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday drops at the post office and we include all items that have been paid for up to 5PM central the day prior.  That is, all purchases that have been paid for by 5PM central on a Monday will be included in the Tuesday shipment.  If the payment is received after the 5PM deadline, it will be part of the Thursday order drop. 


SHIPPING DETAILS

Cards and Magazines are shipped out in padded or rigid envelopes and/or inserts to protect the item.  Individual cards are typically are shipped in a semi rigid card protector and a penny sleeve.  Combined orders will be packaged securely, but may not have a semi-rigid card protector (item will still be well protected) . Larger items are boxed up properly. We cannot control the USPS or UPS when it comes to the timely delivery of an item, their methods and handling of the item. Please DO NOT hold us responsible for the efforts of a delivery service, however, if you suspect damage to the package, please take pictures prior to opening and record the opening.  This would help with any insurance claims and reimbursements. 


We offer eBay Standard Envelope Shipping for orders at or below $20.  If your order exceeds $20, you must select USPS Ground Advantage for shipping in order for the order to be processed.


SHIPPING INSURANCE

Any Items that exceed $100 will include additional handling charges.  This fee is to cover the cost of insuring the item during transit.

RETURNS

We do not accept returns on most items.  Please review the pictures carefully as all sales are final. We follow eBay standards for returning items damaged prior to arrival.  Please provide all evidence at time of return request.  In cases where we do accept undamaged returns, the buyer pays shipping, and refunds will not be issued unless the item is returned in the same condition it was sent in.  Fraudulent returns will not be honored.

All photos of the item you are bidding on are taken by Hiatt Hobby of actual items for sale.  We do not use stock photos, except for instances where we have multiple cards to choose listed in the same listing


For listings that do not have variations or multiple quantities, the card depicted in the photo is the card you will receive.  In cases that the listing has/had variations and/or multiple quantities, the card may not be the same, but each card is inspected to ensure the same level of condition. If you’d like to verify condition of the actual item you’d receive, please reach out and request additional photos before purchasing.
