This is a used Martin HD-28, manufactured in 1996. It features a herringbone neck, scalloped fretboard, normal shifted X-bracing, and a 42.9mm nut width.

At the time of receipt, the nut, bridge, and saddle had been replaced, resulting in a comfortable playing setup.
String height is set to the standard 2.5mm and 2.0mm.
As of the time of listing, the neck is straight, and the truss rod has ample adjustment range in both directions.
There are scratches and signs of use commensurate with its age.
The satin finish on the neck has softened slightly, resulting in a slight stickiness.
