Authentic. Set includes Z Gallerie king duvet that is reversible. One side is gray and the other is white. Two matching euro shams and one solid (somewhat quilted/puffy) white sham. All three shams are also Z Gallerie.

Solid thick plastic button closure for the duvet.

There is a little staining on a corner on the gray side, and slight stain on a small section on white side. They aren’t too noticeable (I didn’t notice until I washed these for the listing.) I believe these are ironing stains.
