The train turns on and makes the sounds and the lights turn on but the wheels don’t move. It rolls fine while off. It might be an easy fix but I don’t know enough about them to attempt it. It’s also missing the little back section. Has a couple scuffs, please see close up photos. There are photos of the lights turning on as well.
