On Auction is 2 x GREEN Cold Cathode Neon tubes plus Accessories consisting of 1 x 12v INVERTER, 1 x wiring LOOP and SWITCH plus two double sided attachment tapes.  We also enclose a wiring diagram for those who wish to adapt and modify the unit to fit as internal lighting in a car.   Connections should only be made to an existing 12v DC wiring system or a 12v battery through an INVERTER.    Please note these Neon's are Not suited for direct connecting to a 220v or any other voltage system except 12v.  An INVERTER must be used at all times.  These items are not for external/outside use.

Specifications and approximate measurements etc ;

. length of tube ( including that of the 2 end clear plastic bases ) is 30cm long

. the neon connector consists of 1 x three pin female interior cold cathode neon light connector 8mm x 4mm which fits the inverter which has 2 plug in points for the 2 neon's.

. the inverter has a two pin plug which fits the wiring loop switch.

. the wiring loop has two molex four pin plugs to fit a computer ( 1x male & 1x Female) - approx 20mm/22mm wide x 5mm broad.

. the light generated is GREEN  -  the tube has been pigmented to give a medium Green glow.  This colour can differ from person to person as the colour is subject

  to the viewers own personal  perception, angle viewed on the screen, type of screen used, natural lighting intensity  at time of photographing etc etc. 

. tube is of glass construction with plastic end bases.
