This is running iOS 11 still from the factory.

The plastic wrap has some scuff marks and it is slightly ripped on one corner.

*PLEASE NOTE* - This device has been in the box since being factory sealed.  There is a chance that the battery has gone bad from sitting and not being charged for so long.

Also since this device has iOS 11, some of the apps no longer function because Apple stopped supporting them.  It would have to be updated but iOS 16 is the latest release this device could run.  It could still have troubles with iOS 16.  Double check if your apps will function correctly before buying.
