You are buying ONE Brand New Hart 40V 6Ah Battery pack and ONE Fast Charger.  I recently bought two electric push mowers and they each came with 2 batteries and a charger.  These are the spares I will not use.  The battery pictured is the exact one you will receive and the charger is as well.    The battery will ship depleted (all were depleted upon purchase.)  I will charge it for you if you like, just to confirm it does charge, otherwise you can take care of it yourself.  Please feel free to ask any questions you have before purchasing and thanks for looking!
