Q. Do you accept offers? Not on our auction listings, we always allow the auction to run its full allotted time.
Q. When will you reply to my message? We are available to respond to questions Monday to Friday 08.00-16.00.We are unavailable to answer any messages outside these times and bank holidays and will try to respond within 48 Hrs.
Q. Do you combine postage? Yes - please be aware that we run out of three locations and there might be a delay of 10 days while we get the items to the warehouse to combine. So please message us first before payment so we can advise you of the length of time it will take to dispatch.
Q. What about feedback? We will always leave feedback, If you have any issues please contact us before leaving feedback as we aim to resolve any problems and the Hospice operates a "no-quibble" return policy with a full refund including postage if you are not satisfied.
Q. Do you send internationally? Unfortunately we do not send goods internationally at this time.
Q. Where do I collect from? We run out of three warehouses so please message us to be advised where and when you can collect.
