We bought this at Christmas. brand new from the company for our teenager. It has worked great but since Google came out with the Family link app we decided to get off the gabb plan and moved him to our cell phone plan and thought we could manage accordingly. The phone has some scratches on the bottom as can be seen in the picture. They are not cracks in the screen but scratches and do not affect the usability. This is made specifically for a Gabb plan to my understanding.
