This auction is an auction where bidders are expected to read all terms carefully before bidding. 

    Your bid / accepted offer is a contract - Place a bid or an offer only if you're serious about buying the item.  If you are the winning bidder, you will enter into a legally binding contract to purchase the item

****All Fishing Items are researched via Google Lens as I am not an expert.  There may be instances of mis-identification.  It is not intended to defraud customers.

·    Please ask questions BEFORE bidding.

Payment is required within 3 days.     

·     I am not a professional.  I try to describe the item to the best of my ability to include any obvious imperfections.  Photos are part of the description.

·    Seller does not accept returns.

·    I only accept Managed payments through eBay.

·    All items are shipped within 3 business days after receiving payment.  

     I reserve the right to use another carrier if it makes business sense.   

     I do my best to enter the weight and size of the package so that accurate shipping costs are calculated.

 ·    Please respect my best efforts and be fair in working out any issues with me. I never want to take advantage of a buyer.

·    Handling fee applies to shipping supplies and/or insurance.

·    I will combine shipping if possible.  Please notify me before you pay if you buy multiple items.
