The look of old antique French style “antique spoon tray” or rack. Is made of real porcelain over steel. All crisp clean white with a tiny subtle touch of black or blue edges. Looks of good quality with a tray at the bottom of rack I guess for a drip tray ?(originally) I would suspect most of us would use as decor however it could function as a working rack near your stove !
