ELLE Women’s Black w/White Flowers Collared Sleeveless Shirt w/Tag - Size XS. The bottom is not a straight across cut (shown in pictures). There is a short slit (about 2”) on each side. When you button the shirt, the buttons are hidden by a ruffled little material, so you don’t see the buttons, thus a very polished look. My daughter tends to buy clothes and then not wear them much (if at all) before buying something else! This still has the tag on it. It has been packed in a plastic bin, but she is finally purging!!! My daughter is 5’2”, for reference.

Condition is “used” since it is not new from the store, but it has never been worn.
