Your shipment will ship by one of the major couriers(mainly Canada Post) within three business days of payment. You orders are packaged at one of our warehouses across Canada, we will do our best to minimize delivery times and ensuring you get your purchases as soon as possible. Shipments typically takes 2-7 business days depending on delivery locations. We currently do not accept local pickups.

Please note that this item is sold as an Open Box product and does NOT include a manufacturer warranty. If the item is defective upon arrival, please contact us via eBay messages within the return window for assistance.

We accept returns unless we specified "no return accepted". Returns are subject to 20% restocking fees for items that have been opened. We do not charge restocking fees or return shipping fees for below return reasons:

• The product came defective
• Your product was damaged during transit
• You received the wrong product or it did not match what was shown on the site
• Shipping errors are made by us
