Brass platform base cover has cast iron weighted insert.  Circular tightening screw rotates for height adjustments, pivoting and disassembly.  Top carrying heart shaped ring screws on/off.

Circular shade holders have threaded screw on fitters.  Fuel tank insert modified for electrical wiring/parts.  See pics  Possible scratches, small dents and other imperfections from normal use and storage.
