Fading to some parts of the cover, corners of the cover have scuffs, looks like grease marks on the centre edge of the first few pages. Small piece of the tracing paper next to the first illustration has a small piece torn off in the centre edge. Binding still attached but loose at the cover ends. Last few pages are attached but partly loose - please see pictures for detail. Noted written message on the inside cover (pictured)
