American Bresse are a wonderful dual purpose breed. They are prized for their ability to have marbled meat like beef and they are excellent egg layers, laying around 4-5 large, cream to tan colored eggs per week. Our hens are actually the best and most consistent layers we have. We breed for large bodied birds, solid white feathering, white on ear lobes, amber eyes, blue legs and red single straight comb.
Our birds came from Greenfire Farms 2023 Import line. Greenfire Farms is the only importer of the Bresse breed that come directly from France. We strive to bring our customers the highest quality Bresse.

Potential mishandling of your package once it leaves my hands could negatively affect your incubation development and hatch rate.
Your eggs will be shipped via USPS priority mail which is expected to arrive in 2-3 business days once your eggs are dropped off at the post office. We do try to ship early in the week to ensure your eggs will not be sitting at the post office over a weekend. Once you have your eggs unpacked, place them in a carton with the pointed end down. Allow them to sit at room temperature for 12-24 hours before placing them in your Incubator.
