This toy appears to be complete. I do not see any cracks brakes or missing pieces. However it does have minor aware appropriate to its age and use we did put two AA batteries in it and it worked in both modes rolling and walking however, we did have to clean two of the contacts a little bit so you may have to do that further it is sold as is with no warranties no guarantees whatsoever
