here on eBay for absolute auction. It is so versatile, can be
used for just about anything, and you won't find very many like
it on the used market anywhere in our opinion. THIS IS A VERY
UNIQUE TRUCK!! It's not every day you run across
an F550 with an Aluminum Flat Bed, 10' V-Plow and a Stainless Steel Spreader. A truck like this is
incredibly expensive to build new, so if you've
been looking for one don't wait until the last minute to bid. As usual, WE'RE SELLING IT WITH NO RESERVE AND THE
BID STARTS AT $100!!!! FORGET ABOUT ALL OF THOSE RESERVE AUCTIONS
AND TRY A TRUE AUCTION. THIS TRUCK WILL BE SOLD TO THE LAST
BIDDER........NO MATTER WHAT!!!! Most dealers would
list this truck with a hefty reserve, but not Valley Auto Sport.....we've
got the best merchandise and no reserves.
Now for a few details. The snow and cold weather may be gone for now, but there's no better time to plan for the next plow season. In the meantime, this very versatile truck can handle many other tasks all year around. It was owned from new by a local plow contractor and clearly was purpose-built to handle a large plow contract. Our guess is it was likely stationed at a large warehouse or other facility or facilities and simply used to manage the white stuff in the wintertime. With the INCREDIBLY LOW MILES, it clearly wasn't driven regularly or used much otherwise. Obviously it was built specifically for plowing and ice control, however, once winter is over it would also be perfect for all you landscapers, masons, contractors, municipalities and many others too. The plow and spreader are both removable and you then have a very nice 9' Aluminum Flat Bed on a 4x4 F550. You could haul hay or pull a stock or landscaping trailer or maybe you have another idea in mind. With a 19,000 lb GVW and plenty of power, there isn't much you can't haul or even tow. The Aluminum Body is in great condition and provides lots of flexibility for various uses. On the front is all the mounting necessary to hang the HUGE Boss 10' V-Plow that is included. If you've never plowed with a V-Plow, you need to give it a try. The added control and ability to put the snow exactly where you want is second to none. On the back of the body sits the Torwell Stainless Steel Spreader. It is powered by a Honda Engine and has all the necessary controls in the cab so you can stay warm and dry while treating roads and parking lots. We started adding up the cost of all these items and came up with some pretty steep numbers.....this truck cost a fortune to build new!! Even though it is a work truck, it still has an Automatic Transmission, Power Windows/Locks/Mirrors, Air Conditioning, Tilt Steering Wheel and more....what else do you need??? We can't stress enough how extremely rare and high end this truck is. It was built with all the best components and is still in great condition. The first owner has paid all of the initial depreciation hit, so you have the opportunity to make an incredible buy on an incredible truck with only 28k ORIGINAL MILES. This truck will likely be sold for thousands of dollars less than at your local dealer, and I'll bet he doesn't have one anyway. Keep in mind that it doesn't have to be used just to move snow and treat roads. It can haul or tow all kind of different things. This is the right truck with the right specs and very low miles. You may never find another one like it, so don't miss your chance. We have been selling on eBay for 20+ years, and have over 1000 positive feedbacks.....skip the rest and work with the best. We've got the reputation, experience, and best trucks on eBay.....go with the sure thing!! Now for the condition report. The exterior and interior are in very good condition. Because it is a Ford and was used to plow, you will find some rust scaling underneath. It appears to have been undercoated in the rockers from new for additional protection, and in our opinion we don't see any major issues. It passed inspection just fine, but want you to know everything we see so please take a look at the pictures below. Please remember though that this is a used, 10+ year old truck and you are buying it 100% AS-IS.....the truck is not perfect but overall very nice and extremely functional in our opinion with incredibly low miles. The interior is in great condition as well with no rips or tears. Otherwise all the options seem to work fine and the rest looks very good. We have tested the operation of the plow and spreader and both seem to work as they should. We pulled the carfax and it shows regular service and no accidents or other concerns. We've told you all we know and the rest is up to you, so please come see it or ask your questions before bidding....everything is being sold AS-IS. We just had it in to our local truck service center for a full PA State/DOT inspection. This is a very versatile truck that is in high demand so don't miss your chance. Listen folks, you will have a hard time finding a higher quality used truck anywhere being sold for less than this. Somebody is going to get a great deal on this truck!! - If you bid, you are entering into a legal and binding contract to purchase the vehicle described above. Please do not bid if you are not serious about owning this vehicle.
- You must be able to pay cash (in person) or have a loan pre-approved BEFORE bidding. We do not offer any type of financing!!
- Many online banks require their checks to be used at a Franchised Dealer only. We are a Licensed, Independent Used Car Dealership not a Franchised Dealer. Make sure to check with your bank regarding this difference before you bid.
- If you have negative feedback or no feedback please contact us prior to bidding or we reserve the right to cancel your bid. We will try to be as accommodating as possible.
- Seller reserves the right to notify bidders and cancel this auction at any time without any liability to the Seller.
- No bid retractions within 24 hours of auction end. If you're not sure.....don't bid.
- Successful bidder must contact us within 24 hours of the auction end.
- Vehicle inspections are welcome but must be completed prior to the close of the auction at the bidder's expense.
- We require a 10% deposit within 3 days of the close of the auction and full payment must be received within 10 days of the close of the auction. The deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE - If you don't complete the sale, your deposit will not be returned. We accept Certified/Cashiers Checks, Bank Checks or Wire Transfers unless other arrangements are made in advance.
- We will be happy to provide transportation from the airport or train station in Harrisburg if you provide us with your schedule.
- Buyer is responsible for shipping however we will gladly help with the logistics.
- We charge a $250.00 fee to all buyers ($50 doc fee and $200 processing fee). PA residents must pay sales tax and state registration fees. Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, and local taxes and fees that may apply in the state the vehicle will be registered, however we will provide a 30-day temporary tag with proof of insurance from your agent or insurance company.
- Part of our qualification process is test driving our vehicles. Therefore, this vehicle may have a few more miles than we list above. We try to keep it within 100-200 miles of the number shown above.
- Please remember that this is a used vehicle and is sold "AS-IS" with no warranty expressed or implied. We make every effort to describe any and all imperfections, however all used vehicles may or may not have chips, dents, scratches, or imperfections as a result of normal everyday use. We will disclose any known mechanical, structural, exterior, and interior problems. We would welcome anyone who would like inspect the vehicle prior to bidding. Our main goal is to ensure that this vehicle more than meets your expectations and you become one of our many happy customers.
- Since this vehicle is used, please remember that books, extra keys, remote entry keys, cd cartridges, tool kits, etc., do not always remain with vehicles throughout their life. We try very hard to include all of the above, however, we will not be responsible for the absence of these minor accessories. - Any legal action associated with this sale from either the buyer or the seller is to take place in the State of Pennsylvania in the Dauphin County Courthouse. By bidding on and/or winning this auction the bidder/buyer agrees that any legal action will be heard in Dauphin County in the State of Pennsylvania. All legal actions associated with this auction/sale will be governed by the state Pennsylvania laws.
