Cancellation policy

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel this contract within one month without giving reasons.

The cancellation period is one month from that dayat which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier took possession of the goods or has. In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact us (Maxwelt24, Inh. Dirk Maximowitz, Reiherweg 6, 58553 Halver, fax 02353-663779, email info(at)maxwelt24(dot)de), by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or email) about your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached sample cancellation form, although this is not mandatory. You can also fill out and submit the sample cancellation form or another clear declaration electronically on our website www.maxwelt24.de. If you make use of this option, we will immediately send you confirmation (e.g. by email) of receipt of such a revocation.

In order to meet the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

Consequences of revocation

For this repayment we use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless something different was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees as a result of this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us (Maxwelt24, Reiherweg 6, 58553 Halver) immediately and in any case no later than one month from the day on which you inform us of your cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the deadline of one month has expired. You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Warranty conditions/complaints:

If there are obvious material or manufacturing errors (including transport damage), you should report such errors to us or the employee of the delivering parcel service as soon as possible. However, your legal rights are not affected by this approach. If Halver-Toys grants you a seller's guarantee, the details can be found in the guarantee conditions that are attached to the item delivered. Guarantee claims exist without prejudice to legal claims/rights.
