Tens unit is only was used for couple of days in total.  All batteries and electrodes is brand new. ( good amount of it for start). Some is 2x electrodes packs and some is 4x electrodes.

Some small scratche on plastic screen but its fully functional without any issue. ( very clean and in perfect condition).

Carrying case and paperwork is included.
