Pre-owned. Good condition with normal wear for being vintage. From probably either the 60's or 70's based on the plug style. It has some dust on it that could probably be cleaned up more. There is one small chip to the hat of the lady gnome and a white mark on the back side of the mushroom house roof. From a smoke free home. It measures about 16" tall and 11" across the bottom of the base. Takes a standard bulb not included ( I show that it lights up in one of the photos). It is missing the part to attach a lampshade, but that is probably easily replaceable. I will package it with care.
