Here is possibly one of the best pieces we have listed in some time , if you're looking for the look , well you found it , this would be stunning in a farmhouse or older home, these type tables where often found in kitchens of larger estates , mansions etc . I believe this is English , all hand dovetailed and chamfered , the butcher block top is about two inches thick, I am not sure if it's maple ? plenty of marks from use in the kitchen , just a great look and patina , the top is two piece there is some separation etc , this table itself is rock solid you could stand on it if you wanted ! , tons of storage, this was made to push against a wall, you could probably paint the back if you wanted to use it in the middle of the room or leave it alone. the bracket base is original , the table actually sits on massive glue blocks which is also original ! this was probably made in the first part of the 19th century , 7 drawers and storage cabinet 74 inches long 24 inches wide and 33 inches high just fantastic !!
