1913 Denmark Queen Alexandrine Newborns Lucky Penny brass

This Art Nouveau style 27mm brass token was struck between
1913 and 1920 by noted Danish sculptor Andreas F.V. Hansen as a lucky penny
that was often given to celebrate newborn babies.
Obverse: profile of Queen Alexandrine, the consort of King Christian X, with the
inscription "ALEXANDRINE DANMARKS DRONNING" (Alexandrine, Queen of
Denmark).
Reverse: "LYKKE" (Luck), along with ears of grain, a star, and flowers.
Condition: High collector’s grade with a pleasing natural uncleaned
patina.
