Very nice, like new condition. Outside cover is leather, while the inside is suede. It has one exterior magnet snap pocket. Two large interior pockets with a center zip pouch. A zipper pocket and a place for accessories (pen, pencil, notepad or calculator).

I am unsure of the origin of this folder as there are no tags. See the pictures for more details.
