13 cm or just over 5  inches tall. This is a  hand made from Olive wood, mother of Pearl and abalone shell , a pilgrims souvenir cross from around 1900 heavy and solid in the hand with a reliquary  from each place along the Stations of the cross in Jerusalem. These were sold to pilgrims in the Holy land. As you can see the from the pics this is complete and rare to find size too. This is unusual in the 2 shells used and the red backing.
