This antique barrel shaped porcelain cookie jar is a rare find that will add a touch of rural charm to your kitchen. The pot has a beautiful floral decor and is perfect for storing your favorite cookies or toffees. The lid features a handle to move the pot easily. The pot originates in England and is crafted in the Art Deco style using traditional pottery techniques. This piece would be a great addition to any collection or as a decorative item in your home.

The pot is marked on the bottom and on the silver or silver plated lid. I have no knowledge of any silver marks, so check out the photos for yourself.

DAMAGE AND INSURANCE We are sorry that despite our careful packaging you received a damaged item during shipping. We have insurance. Please send us pictures of the damaged items. Please note that you will lose the item(s). Post will receive it or we will ask you to return it. MY ITEM IS DAMAGED IN POST Items shipped by post are insured. Damage must be reported to us and your local post office. They will provide you with a clearance form that allows you to file your claim. Claims will not be handled by the Dutch postal insurer or by us without a (oral) safeguard form from the receiving postal service. This form is internationally known as a CN24 form. I recommend contacting the post office first to hear how the procedure works so you don't have to go to the post office unnecessarily. If they tell you that we need to file the claim, we will be aware of it. However, if the form is completed by us, the insurer will want proof from the postal authorities in your country that the item was actually damaged in transit. That is Form CN24. Keep the box, broken items, packaging materials, and shipping statement for inspection by postal workers. If you have any questions, please feel free to email us. The photos we need in case of damage: - the packaging as a whole with visible address and barcode - if possible a detailed photo of the damage to the packaging - one or more photos of the damaged item in its entirety - one or more detailed photos of the damage - one or more photos showing the inside of the packaging clearly visible - a detailed display of the address with barcode FOR DAMAGED ITEMS IN THE US: You must submit a claim before submitting a claim. You can submit a request by calling the International Inquiry Center.
