A hardback copy of House Property & Its Management, Some Papers on the Method of Management introduced by Miss Octavia Hill and Adapted to Modern Conditions, published by George Allen & Unwin Ltd, London in 1921. First edition.

There is a label inside the front cover indicating that the book was part of the Attic Sale at Chatsworth House in 2010, the boards have some wear, and the front hinge is a little weak, but generally the book is in good condition, with no inscriptions.
