This could be a girls gift bag. All the items are new and haven't been opened or used. I did open the charm to take photos of it, but the tags on still on it. I think the binder clips are from Hobby Lobby. The note pad may look a little used just from being in a drawer.  It has a small pen with it. Please look at my other items.
