In 2025, PSA made their grading guidelines more strict. Itis harder to get PSA 10s especially for vintage pokemon cards. A lot of PSA 9sfrom 2025 probably would've gotten a PSA 10 just the previous year. Thereforehigh 2025 cert grades and onwards are more valuable than certifications frombefore. Make sure you take this into account when shopping. 2025 certs andlater certs = more value in the same grade than older certs.
