This is a smaller, silver and gold tone metal buckle with a western scroll design, from the 1990s-2000s. It is in pretty decent condition, as shown in the photos it does have some wear and tear from age or use. It measures approximately 3-1/8" x 2-3/8", fits a 1-1/4" wide belt and weighs about 2.7 oz.
