This laptop has seen heavy use in a rugged environment. Touch screen does not function properly. It recognizes touch, but often gets locked into one location as soon as the touch is released. Mouse pad does not function properly at all times. It will work one second and stop working with no warning. DVD drive is untested. Camera works fine. All keys function. The unit lights up properly. Windows 10 has been installed. System has been set to factory settings. Hard drive is included. Hard drive caddy is missing and not included. There are normal signs of wear from use, including scuffs/scrapes/scratches/fingerprints, etc. The power supply is NOT included in this sale. The battery is original to the unit. It works but is several years old and may need replaced. This unit is being sold for parts or repair only. There are no returns accepted for this sale.
