Nickelodeon Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles One Size Kids' Boys' Beanie Hat

Technically this is still new with the tag, but it does have a dirt type spot on the back (probably fell on the floor at the store). I tried to wipe it off, but I didn't want to fully launder it since it still has the tag on it. Leaving cleaning up to the buyer. See photos for details.
