Here is a nice set of seven vintage PIA hand painted white dogwood flower blossom napkin rings. On the bottom they are marked PIA Bone China Philippines (C) RPA 1986. They measure about 1 3/4 inch high, about 3 inches across and about 2 1/2 inch front to back. One napkin ring has a couple of tiny pieces of black grit under the glaze but otherwise these lovely napkin rings are in good condition with no chips ready to display.
