CDs and Jewel boxes show signs of normal wear and tear. Some jewel boxes suffer from the life long problem of broken hinges but that is a small number of the listed CDs. 

Some CDs have a saw cut or a small drilled hole. These are not CUT-OUTs. Capitol/Blue Note and many other labels did this before switching to promo stickers or stamps. Some labels used the saw cut/drilled hole for  promo copies so they could not be returned by record stores for credit.    

CD  grading is visual only and conforms to no standard grading conventions other than personal observation.
