ROOKIE CARD. These are ridiculously hard to get in PSA 10snow. PSA 9s are probably the same condition as PSA 10s from before 2025.

In 2025, PSA made their grading guidelines more strict. Itis harder to get PSA 10s especially for vintage pokemon cards. A lot of PSA 9sfrom 2025 probably would've gotten a PSA 10 just the previous year. Thereforehigh 2025 cert grades are more valuable than certifications from before. Makesure you take this into account when shopping. 2025 certs = more value in thesame grade than older certs.
